I have known this beautiful girl for probably 11 years. She adopted my first foster puppy-- a tiny pomeranian who she named, "Peanut." Luckily, this was just the start of our relationship, as she later became my middle school art student. It was such a pleasure watching her bloom into such a beautiful and talented young woman. I watched her love for horses grown and over they years have been fortunate enough to meet all of them. This shoot was done with her horse Calvin, before he returned home to his old owners. I know they had a very special bond and incredible ride on the show circut. I hope this images serve as a reminder of the wonderful connection and times they had together.
