Wow! What a feel-good shoot this was! See the t-shirts they're all wearing? Those are for "Carolina's Cause" and they are celebrating Carolina, the spunky little one, being cancer-free. This girl has been such a warrior and has undergone countless treatments for leukemia over the past few years. She has had to endure awful procedures and chemo, but she can finally say she BEAT CANCER'S BUTT! I'm sure you can see from their images, it doesn't look like it even phased her one bit and that smile? That smile is absolutely contageous.
Obviously, no journey through cancer treatment is an easy one-- ugh, I can't even begin to imagine. But I know that it was all made a little easier for Carolina by the abundance of love and support she received from her family, friends and all who care for her. Her mom's strength just blows me away--- she is one amazing woman and her big sister--- wow-- she is so tender and loving (and also a gorgeous young lady). They are all so lucky to have one another.
After rockin' the Carolina's Cause shirts, they got all gussied up for a completely different look and more family pictures. Gosh, they are gorgeous!
