When this mama contacted me for 9 month pictures of her little girl, I was super excited. Not only is 9 months my favorite baby age to photograph, but she wanted the shots done in her home.
Baby + Lifestyle=LOVE!
I went to high school with both the mom and dad of this family and we just recently reconnected over Facebook-- SUPER cool! While you will notice most of the shots that I am sharing are of little Miss L, because it was her 9 month shoot, big brother H agreed to be in a few and man is he just the cutest kiddo!
One thing that I love about lifestyle shoots is that you can change rooms in the house and get an entirely different look. After shooting in the front room, we moved to the play room and then on the Miss L's bedroom.
So I love putting these little collages together. Miss L seriously changed her expression this many times all within less than a minute! Such a cutie!!!
Finally, Mom wanted a few shots with her bitty girl in a pink chair in their dining room. She told me how it was one of her favorite chairs because they shared sweet moments nursing in that chair. I love that she thought of this before our shoot together. When I do a lifestyle shoot I love to incorporate special items to make the images even that more sentimental-- even if the special item is a chair!
Even though this was technically little sister's shoot, COME ON! Look at this sweet face! I had to snag a few of Mr. H while I was there, too!
